Terms of Service

1. What we sell

Precious Couture sells digital women’s fashion products: sewing patterns, styling and color guides, seasonal lookbooks, wardrobe planners, designer tools and online courses. All items are delivered electronically as downloads; we do not ship physical goods.

2. Orders and pricing

Prices are listed in US dollars and are charged once, in full, at checkout. We may update prices and product contents at any time; changes do not affect orders already placed.

3. Payment

All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.

Card statements will show the charge as "PRECIOUSCOUTURE". Please contact us before raising a chargeback if anything looks unfamiliar — we resolve most issues within one working day.

4. Delivery

Digital products are delivered to the email address provided at checkout, typically within minutes, as secure download links. It is your responsibility to provide a correct email address.

5. Refunds

Because products are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, we operate a 14-day issue-resolution policy. If a download fails, a file is corrupt, or print layers do not scale correctly, contact support@preciouscouture.online within 14 days and we will fix the issue or issue a refund.

6. Licence

You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual licence to use each purchased product:

• for your own personal sewing, styling and wardrobe use;
• to make and sell finished garments in small batches from our sewing patterns;
• adapted to your own measurements and taste.

You may not resell, share, sublicense or redistribute the original pattern, guide, course or template files as your own product.

7. Intellectual property

All patterns, copy, illustrations, photography, video and design delivered as part of our products remain the intellectual property of Precious Couture, subject to the licence granted above.

8. Liability

Precious Couture provides its products "as is", without warranties as to specific results or fit. Our aggregate liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates apply to orders placed after the revised version is published.
