How are the products delivered?
Everything is a digital download. After payment you receive a confirmation email with your download links — PDFs, workbooks, video lessons or preset files depending on the title. Delivery is immediate.
What do I need to use the sewing patterns?
Each pattern includes a print-at-home layered PDF (tile and tape on standard Letter/A4 paper) and a large-format A0 file for copy-shop or wide-format printing. A 24-page illustrated construction guide is included in every pattern.
What sizes do the patterns cover?
Patterns are graded across XS to XXL with finished-garment measurements and a size chart printed in the guide, so you can blend between sizes for the best fit.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through Stripe. Apple Pay and Google Pay are supported where available.
Can I get a refund?
Because files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, we run a 14-day issue-resolution policy: if a download fails, a file is corrupt, or print layers do not scale correctly, we will fix it or refund you. Email ${store.contact_email || "support@" + store.domain} within 14 days.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified processor. Cards are encrypted with 256-bit SSL and never touch our servers.
Can I sell garments I make from your patterns?
Yes — the standard licence covers personal use and small-batch handmade sales of finished garments. You may not resell or redistribute the original pattern or guide files themselves.
Do the guides and lookbooks work outside the US?
Absolutely. Patterns include both Letter and A4 print layouts, measurements are given in inches and centimetres, and the styling content is not region-specific.
What is included in the membership?
The Annual Style Membership delivers new patterns, seasonal lookbooks and quarterly trend reports across the year, all as digital downloads, plus early access to new releases.
I am a beginner — where should I start?
Begin with the Sewing Fundamentals Video Course and an A-line skirt or wrap dress pattern. The course covers tools, seams and finishes before your first garment.

Yes — use the contact page and tell us your level and what you want to make or style. We will recommend the right titles. We reply within one working day.
